Well I would highly recommend Elm motors , brilliant service and car comes with 3 years mot which is all part of the package, so happy with the car , I didn’t even test drive it , they sorted the mot and all the paperwork , would definitely buy off them again

Returning Customer

Had no issues on previous car with these guys, so decided to return. Great experience again with Paul, very helpful and accommodating, particularly with me constantly changing my mind. Was allowed space to view as many vehicles as I wanted not feeling pressured. Fantastic price and the price offered for our part exchange was very fair. Great communication from start to end. We are extremely happy again and would absolutely recommend them!

Couldnt Fault them

Was sold a Ford Focus car and it’s absolutely stunning!, they managed to get the car sorted with the MOT within 1-2 days which was amazing so a massive thank you to the company there was no pressure and everything was done properly, couldn’t fault them

I just purchased a used car in November 2024. Ben dealt with everything from start to finish and explained everything in such a friendly professional manner. Ben is down to earth. And he doesn't just look at you as another customer. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before purchasing the car i wanted. The car needed some work doing after I pointed out a few things i picked up on when test driving, which was all sorted out. So I had to wait a little longer than anticipated, but exceptional customer service throughout the whole process. The car has just had its first long motorway trip and runs as you would expect it to. Highly recommend Elm Motors 100%. No one is pushing you into buying anything. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend these guys when buying your next used car... 10/10. We have recently purchased a Ford Kuga from Elm . The car is super ! They went the extra mile to make sure it was spot on when we collected it .

The service we received was incredible

I bought a Vauxhall Mokka SE from this company. They went the extra mile to have a service, MOT, trim replacement, a bit of paint and air con top up, all within the space of 4 days.

The car came with AA cover, warranty and 3 years of services and MOTs covered by them!

ELM made my purchase a breeze

I’m not going to lie but I was very scared about buying a car from a dealership after hearing so many horror stories over the years about different companies but the guys at Elm made my purchase a breeze.
After finding the car on a local sales site I arranged a viewing for the next day. On arriving I saw the car on the forecourt and looked around it. Now normally you would think someone would be out trying to sell the car to you but Elm are different, they let you browse in your own time. Once I had a look around I was given the keys to have a proper look around inside and again this was done at my own leisure.
After a while I went in and was offered to test drive the car….once again at my own leisure.
I have never felt more relaxed about buying something as I did.
The finance process was so laid back, everything was explained and whilst it was being processed we had a general chit chat.
After the car had the mot and service done I arranged to pick the car up. Again this was done at a time and day that suited me.
This whole process has been amazing! I wouldn’t have any issues buying again in the future from Elm I I will highly recommend them.

Friendly

I found them very friendly and I think it does make a difference dealing with a family run business in anything you are buying, the company doesn't seem pushy and seems a lot more willing to answer all your questions with honesty. I personally was dealt with Jack and he was very professional and answered all my questions and said he would make sure the couple of things I and my friend I took with me had noticed needed doing extra were fixed . Very pleased upto now, just waiting to pick up car , hopefully Monday.

Friendly

went to view a couple cars on Tuesday, we got there close to closing, but someone there was still willing to help us and let my partner test drive one of the cars even though it was like 2 mins to closing! so friendly aswell. Went back Wednesday afternoon, and ended up buying the car!! lovely guys all round. So nice to talk to, didn't feel pushed, talked us through stuff, and also answered any questions we had decently, not like some that can make you feel silly for asking! absolutely would recommend anyone buying a car from here!

I read the reviews before I purchased. And I have to agree with them. These guys are genuinely good car sales guys. No gimmicks. No hard sell. They are about customer service. They make time for you. Talk you through the new car so you are familiar before driving off. They are the best I've come across. If I was looking for another car then I would look here first.

It was like going to a sweet shop so confused of what car to buy so much choice anyway they was so helpful and nice I bought one today so happy to the point of I’ll probably go back in a month and buy another one they had good cars there anyway once They dropped the one I bought off to me I’ll definitely have to go back and buy a second vehicle because one there great cars and already i can see they really stick to what they agree on your purchase and seem loyal to that I will definitely recommend them to everyone I no just wish I found this place years ago maybe my luck has change finally meeting a business that achally think about there customers and I totally respect that about them thanks Neil and ben see you Monday many thanks crystal
